DBE/MBE/WBE Goal: 8-10 %
Time for Completion By 11/30/18 and Liquidated Damages $5,000.00 per Calendar day

Construction area signs, traffic control, PCMS, trucking, shoring & bracing, dewatering, pipe & valve suppliers, jack & bore subcontractor, electrical and instrumentation, common works for electrical, repair agriculture irrigation systems, cathodic protection, soils and aggregate for earthwork, site clearing, CLSM, high density polyethylene geomembrane liners, asphalt suppliers, concrete curb, gutters and sidewalks, concrete accessories, reinforcements, cast in place concrete, tooled concrete finishing, grouting, fences and gates, concrete form work, hydroseeding, structural steel structural aluminum, mechanical anchoring and fastening to concrete masonry, metal fabrications, metal building system, coatings, cast-iron slide gates, vertical turbine short setting centrifugal pumps, hydro-pneumatic bladder tank, manual and electrical actuators, pipe and equipment identification, common works for mechanical work, common work for process control and instrumentation.

Copies of the contract documents are available from City of Ukiah at https://www.cityofukiah.comor local plan rooms, builder’s exchanges, Dodge Global Network as well as in trade publications such as Daily Pacific Builder. Argonaut Constructors encourages the use of minority and women subcontractors and suppliers and considers such to be an important aspect of the project.
Info: Mr. Steve Langhals (707-542-4862 or firstname.lastname@example.org) is the Estimator for this project and is available to provide you with assistance to clarify any questions regarding the scope of work, including interpretation of plans, specifications and requirements, bid preparation and obtaining bonds, lines of credit, insurance and any technical assistance. Argonaut Constructors (Argonaut) may also assist in obtaining any necessary equipment, supplies, materials or related services. (Please note: Argonaut may require Payment & Performance Bonds on all sub-contracts over $25,000 per Ca. Public Contract Code Sect. 4108. Argonaut may pay bond premiums up to 1 ½% of contract cost. Argonaut Constructors is a UNION CONTRACTOR. Any non-signatory subcontractors will be required to sign an agreement for trades covered under our agreements.
Requirements: By submitting a proposal, the bidder affirms that they have carefully examined ALL the bidding documents/Addenda and that from his/her own investigation, they have satisfied themselves as to the nature and location of the work. Argonaut is willing to break down items into economically feasible packages and we are willing to break out any portion of work to encourage participitation. Argonaut’s listing of a subcontractor is not an acceptance of any or all of that subcontractor’s conditions, qualifications, exclusions or exceptions included in the subcontractor’s bid proposal. Argonaut is relying on the price submitted in the subcontractor’s proposal as all-inclusive price for its trade scope found in the plans and specifications regardless of any qualifying language in the proposal. Inconsistent bid terms and conditions shall be void. Argonaut written subcontract document execution is required of all successful subcontract bidders. A copy is available for inspection at our office in Santa Rosa and/or can be provided upon written request prior to bid submission.
Insurance: As per our insurance requirements, your bid must include the cost of naming Argonaut Constructors as additional insured; including completed operations coverage; include Primary and Non-Contributing wording on your certificate of insurance and waiver of subrogation is required.
