Specifically, ESA is in search of firms providing services in the following areas: aquatic biological resources, biological resources, geological resources, HAZMAT, mitigation/habitat restoration, community outreach/public relations, traffic/transportation, and water quality/stormwater.
For consideration, please provide a statement of qualifications emphasizing experience with the County of Los Angeles DPW and the Scope of Work outlined in the RFP.
