ASSISTANCE AVAILABLE IN OBTAINING BONDS, LINES OF CREDIT, INSURANCE, SUPPLIES, MATERIALS, NECESSARY EQUIPMENT & TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE. GRIFFITH/DUTRAJOINT VENTURE INTENDS TO CONDUCT ITSELF IN “GOOD FAITH” WITH SBE/VSBE FIRMS REGARDING PARTICIPATION ON THIS PROJECT.
