Plans & Specs: Quotations will be broken down into comparable packages as reasonably necessary. All quotes will be considered without regard to race, color, religion, sex or national origin. 100% performance and payment bonds may be required for the full amount of subcontract price. Subcontractors must possess a current contractor's license, insurance and worker's compensation coverage meeting HGE's requirements and will be required to sign the standard HGE Subcontract Agreement. See specifications and contract for exact insurance verbiage. We will assist with obtaining insurance, bonds or lines of credit, equipment, supplies or materials necessary to participate in this project. Quotes for Services and Supplies requested for the following items for bid including, but not limited to:
Lead Compliance; Develop Water Supply; Construction Area Signs; Traffic Control System; Portable Delineator; Portable Flashing Beacon; PCMS; SWPPP & Annual Report; Street Sweeping; Treated Wood Waste; Biologist; Natural Resource Plan; Temporary High Visibility Fence; Roadway Excavation; Duff; Aggregates, Asphalt, Trucking; Data Core; Tack Coat; Corrugated Pipe & Flared End Section; Rock Slope Protection; Delineators; Mile Post Markers; Roadside Signage; Traffic Striping; and anything else pertaining to this project
For any bid proposal submitted after March 1, 2015 and any contract for public work entered into on or after April 1, 2015, the following registration requirements apply: Every Subcontractor is required to be registered to perform public work pursuant to Section 1725.5 of the Public Contract Code (“Section 1725.5”). No Contractor or Subcontractor shall be qualified to bid on, be listed in a bid proposal pursuant to Section 4104 of the Public Contract Code, or engage in the performance of any contract for public work, unless currently registered to perform public work pursuant to Section 1725.5. No bid shall be accepted nor any subcontract entered into without proof of the Subcontractor’s current registration to perform public work pursuant to Section 1725 .5.
