Project Description: The work consists of a major enhancement for the existing park and contains construction of a children’s playground, an adult exercise area, an off-leash dog run, a food and beverage vendor building, public restrooms with an attendant booth, new lawn area, enhancements and a new walkway through the civic pond, public art, and new streetscape improvements to enhance views into the park.

Soltek Pacific Construction will negotiate & is willing to breakdown any portion of contract bid item to encourage & facilitate participation as well as assist in obtaining necessary equipment, supplies, materials or related assistance or services.

Soltek is actively pursuing SLBE-ELBE subcontractors/vendors for trades including the following divisions: 03-concrete, 04-masonry, 05-metals, 06-synthetic decking, 07-thermal & moisture protection, 08-openings, 09-finishes, 10-specialties, 11-equipment, 12-furnishings, 13-water feature, 22-plumbing, 23-HVAC, 26-electrical, 32-exterior improvements.
By submitting a bid, the Subcontractor represents that it has reviewed the standard subcontract and consents to its use without modification and agrees to execute SPC’s standard AGC subcontract with SPC’s standard Attachment A thru N if awarded by SPC.
