Scope of Services: The Work involves performing all work and furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment, as provided by the Contract Documents, for a completed Work of Improvement, as follows:
NEW WELL PAD FOR FUTURE WELL NO. 172 – PHASE 1
[PROJECT NO. D2008]
The Work includes the installation of a temporary 4-inch diameter highline and appurtenances for construction water; construction survey staking; 7,200 cubic yards of imported fill material including imported soil, disintegrated granite, soil cement, and rip rap to construct a well pad for future Production Well No. 172; revegetation of disturbed areas; and site clean-up.
Miller Equipment Company, Inc. requests sub quotes from all qualified subcontractors and suppliers including certified DBE/MBE/WBE firms performing commercially useful function for the following items of work, including but not limited to: SWPPP plan and submission, Surveyor, Revegetation, Temporary water line, Trucking & Import fill.
