Granite Construction Company (Granite) is requesting quotes from all qualified subcontractors and suppliers including certified DBE firms for the following items of work, including but not limited to Asphalt Supplier, Pipe Supplier, Construction Area Signs, Traffic Control System, Temporary Railing (Type K), Plane Asphalt Concrete, Clearing & Grubbing, Develop Water Supply, Erosion Control, Temporary Erosion Control, Aggregate Base (AB), Concrete Pumping, Asphalt Concrete, Paving Asphalt (Asphalt Concrete), Pavement Reinforcing Fabric, Concrete Structure, Reinforcing Steel, Roadside Sign, Alternative Pipe Culvert, Filter Fabric, Permeable Material, Downdrain, Corrugated Steel Pipe Inlet & Riser, Rock Slope Protection (RSP), "Misc Iron & Steel Frame, Cover & Grate", Saw Cutting, Fencing, Object Marker, Metal Beam Guard Railing, Metal Railing (Include Handrailing, Cable Railing, Bicycle Railing), Crash Cushion, Thermoplastic Traffic Striping & Marking, Pavement Profiling, Lead Compliance, SWPPP Planning, Water Truck, Street Sweeping Truck, Trucker
The DBE Contract goal is 22% percent. Federal-aid project no.: ACST-S001(665)E. Please let us know which bid items will be covered in your proposal and if you can get 3rd DBE participation to help us meet the DBE Goal 22%.

You’ll need a login and agree to a Non-Disclosure Agreement to access plans. Granite Construction Company (Granite) is signatory to Operating Engineers, Laborers, Teamsters, Cement Masons and Carpenters unions. 100% performance and payment bonds may be required for the full amount of subcontract price. Granite will pay for bond premium up to 1.5%. Subcontractors must possess a current contractor’s license, insurance and worker’s compensation coverage meeting Granite’s requirements and will be required to sign the standard Granite Subcontract Agreement. A copy of the insurance requirements and agreement can be obtained by contacting the estimator.
