Ames Construction, Inc. is seeking certified and qualified DBE subcontractors and suppliers to meet the 22% goal for the following:
PROJECT: 08-0R1704 - Construction on State Highway in San Bernardino County at Various Locations from Fort Cady Road Overcrossing to Crucero Road Undercrossing.

DBE Subs/Suppliers required include but are not limited to: Lead plan, CPM scheduling, develop water supply, construction area signs, traffic control, impact attenuator vehicle, radar speed feedback signs, temporary barrier, changeable message signs, crash cushions, stormwater plans and reporting, temporary erosion control, street sweeping, pavement markings / markers, treated wood waste removal, biologist, clearing & grubbing, roadway excavation, import borrow, erosion control, class 2 aggregate base, furnish and place hot mix asphalt, demolition, structural concrete, bar reinforcing steel, corrugated steel pipe, steel pipe arches, steel flared end sections, inlets, furnish concrete, rock slope protection, rsp fabric, miscellaneous iron and steel, delineators, markers, guard railing, cable railing, guard rail end sections, electrical, trucking, equipment rental, furnish rock and aggregates, furnish erosion control materials. Ames Construction, Inc. will work with subcontractors and suppliers to breakdown items into economical feasible packages and to establish delivery/construction schedules to allow for maximum DBE participation.
Ames will require bidder to provide performance and payment bonds for the full amount of the Subcontract values. Costs of the bonds are to be provided as a separate line item. The Subcontractor, by submission of its bid, agrees to the “Terms and Conditions” including all Exhibits and Attachments of Ames Subcontract Agreement.
