General work description: The project involves complete renovation of an existing 3 ½ acre park located on the east side of Woodside Road (SR 84), between Spring Street and Hilton Street in Redwood City, CA. The work includes removal of an existing in-ground pool and attendant pool building, with installation of new splash pad, playground, dog park, and pickleball, volleyball, and fitness courts. Additionally, the renovation covers associated paving and utility work including, but not limited to, asphalt parking, concrete curb and sidewalk, irrigation system, domestic water supply, sanitary sewer, storm sewer, and stormwater treatment. Work also includes coordinating park renovations with outside contractors for removal and relocation of the existing restroom building, as well as installation of a new restroom building. |
