Work Description: Furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals necessary to reconfigure approximately 798 square feet of existing office space in Building S213 at Santa Ana College. Improvements include removal of existing walls, construction of new walls, replacement of existing lighting, adjustment of mechanical devices, and addition of systems furniture. Related work includes doors and frames, insulation, gypsum board, ceilings, flooring, painting, electrical modifications, and communications infrastructure. Work must be coordinated to minimize disruption to campus operations and protect existing facilities and equipment.
Quotes requested for the following services and supplies, including, but not limited to: Selective demolition and removal of existing walls; debris hauling, disposal, and construction waste management; new interior walls and partitions; thermal insulation; acoustical joint sealants; hollow metal door frames; flush wood doors; door hardware as indicated on drawings; gypsum board, finishing, and accessories; acoustical tile ceilings; resilient base and accessories; carpet tile; interior painting; systems furniture; HVAC modifications and adjustment of mechanical devices; HVAC testing, adjusting, and balancing; duct insulation; metal ducts and duct accessories; diffusers, registers, and grilles; electrical wiring, conductors, and cables; electrical grounding and bonding; electrical hangers, supports, raceways, boxes, cable trays, and sleeves; electrical identification and commissioning; lighting controls; wiring devices, switches, and circuit breakers; LED interior lighting; structured communications/data cabling; data communications active infrastructure; cutting, patching, temporary protection, and final cleaning.

Caliba, Inc. is willing to break items of work into smaller increments to assist DVBE contractors and suppliers in obtaining work on this project. 100% performance and payment bonds are required. Subcontractors must possess a current contractor’s license. Please contact our Bidding Department for details.
