Water Pollution Control Program, Construction area signs, trucking, water trucks, hot mix asphalt and aggregate base, traffic control, cold plane asphalt concrete pavement, minor concrete minor structure, and cobblestone paving, led compliance plan, level 2 critical path method schedule, develop water supply, type II & III barricades, temp railing type K, temp crash cushion, temp traffic screen, jobsite management, temp fiber rolls, temp construction entrance, street sweeping, temp concrete washout, remove temp traffic stripe, treated wood waste, noise monitoring, clear & grub, roadway exc, tack coat, structural concrete drainage inlet, minor concrete minor structure, curb ramp, misc. construction, relocate sign structure, public safety plan, concrete backfill pipe trench, plastic pipe suppliers, drainage inlet marker, detectable warning surface, demo concrete , misc. iron & steel, survey monument, chain link fencing install and remove, guard rail delineator, pavement marker, object marker, remove roadside sign, furnish alum sign, metal roadside signs, roadside sign two post, sign saddle & strap, midwest guardrail system wood post, vegetation control minor concrete, pedestrian railing, remove guardrail and bollard, thermo and paint striping and pavement markings install & remove, modify signal systems.

Copies of the contract documents are available from the City of Larkspur at no charge by logging on to https://bit.ly/larksour-bids. and are available for viewing at local plan rooms, builder’s exchanges, Dodge Global Network. Argonaut Constructors encourages the use of minority and women subcontractors and suppliers and considers such to be an important aspect of the project.

Argonaut Constructors (Argonaut) may also assist in obtaining any necessary equipment, supplies, materials or related services. (Please note: Argonaut may require Payment & Performance Bonds on all sub-contracts over $25,000 per Ca. Public Contract Code Sect. 4108. Argonaut may pay bond premiums up to 1 ½% of contract cost. Argonaut Constructors is a UNION CONTRACTOR. Any non-signatory subcontractors will be required to sign an agreement for trades covered under our agreements.
Requirements: By submitting a proposal, the bidder affirms that they have carefully examined ALL the bidding documents/Addenda and that from his/her own investigation, they have satisfied themselves as to the nature and location of the work. Argonaut is willing to break down items into economically feasible packages and we are willing to break out any portion of work to encourage participitation. Argonaut’s listing of a subcontractor is not an acceptance of any or all of that subcontractor’s conditions, qualifications, exclusions or exceptions included in the subcontractor’s bid proposal. Argonaut is relying on the price submitted in the subcontractor’s proposal as all-inclusive price for its trade scope found in the plans and specifications regardless of any qualifying language in the proposal. Inconsistent bid terms and conditions shall be void. Argonaut written subcontract document execution is required of all successful subcontract bidders. A copy is available for inspection at our office in Santa Rosa and/or can be provided upon written request prior to bid submission.
Insurance: As per our insurance requirements, your bid must include the cost of naming Argonaut Constructors as additional insured; including completed operations coverage;; include Primary and Non-Contributing wording on your certificate of insurance and waiver of subrogation is required.
