Construction area signs, lead compliance plan, WPPP, trucking, water trucks, HMA material supplier, tack oil supplier, traffic control, jobsite management, temporary items (concrete washout, fence-Type CL-6, railing (Type K), alternative crash cushions, drainage inlet protection), aggregate material supplier (shoulder backing, class II aggregate base), 6 inch thermoplastic striping and pavement markings installation and removal, street sweeping, roadside signs 1 post and 2 post, portable changeable message signs, rain event action plan, storm water sampling and analysis, storm water annual report, structural concrete (drainage inlet), corrugated steel pipe, misc. iron and steel, fencing chain link, single sheet aluminum signage retro reflective, formed panel sign, channelizer (surface mounted), treated wood waste, hydromulch, hydroseed, compost, class II aggregate base, jointed plan concrete pavement, 60 inch cast-in-drilled hole, sign structure furnish remove and installation, alternative pipe culvert, concrete backfill pipe trench, minor concrete-curb, remove roadside sign, chain link railing type 7, concrete barrier Type 60M/60MC/60MF/60MP/60MC/30 Modified, concrete barrier, remove guardrail and concrete barrier, modify existing electrical system, maintaining existing traffic management systems.

Argonaut Constructors encourages the use of minority and women subcontractors and suppliers and considers such to be an important aspect of the project.

Argonaut Constructors (Argonaut) may also assist in obtaining any necessary equipment, supplies, materials or related services. (Please note: Argonaut may require Payment & Performance Bonds on all sub-contracts over $25,000 per Ca. Public Contract Code Sect. 4108. Argonaut may pay bond premiums up to 1 ½% of contract cost. Argonaut Constructors is a UNION CONTRACTOR. Any non-signatory subcontractors will be required to sign an agreement for trades covered under our agreements.
Requirements: By submitting a proposal, the bidder affirms that they have carefully examined ALL the bidding documents/Addenda and that from his/her own investigation, they have satisfied themselves as to the nature and location of the work. Argonaut is willing to break down items into economically feasible packages and we are willing to break out any portion of work to encourage participitation. Argonaut’s listing of a subcontractor is not an acceptance of any or all of that subcontractor’s conditions, qualifications, exclusions or exceptions included in the subcontractor’s bid proposal. Argonaut is relying on the price submitted in the subcontractor’s proposal as all-inclusive price for its trade scope found in the plans and specifications regardless of any qualifying language in the proposal. Inconsistent bid terms and conditions shall be void. Argonaut written subcontract document execution is required of all successful subcontract bidders. A copy is available forinspection at our office in Santa Rosa and/or can be provided upon written request prior to bid submission.
Insurance: As per our insurance requirements, your bid must include the cost of naming Argonaut Constructors as additional insured; including completed operations coverage, include primary and Non-Contributing wording on your certificate of insurance and waiver of subrogation is required.
