General work description: The work will include a new 14,034 SF Civic Center building, which will include a 3,592 SF Community Emergency Response Center (EOC). This facility (located within the new Civic Center and will be located at the intersection of Warbler Road and Sheep Creek Road, Phelan, California.
Quotes for Services and Supplies requested for the following items for bid including, but not limited to:
Clearing & Grubbing, Grading, Erosion Control, Concrete, Building Construction, Plumbing, Underground, Electrical, Roofing, Windows, Doors, Carpentry. Please review plans and specs for a complete list of bid items. ALL BID ITEMS ARE OPEN FOR BID, including items of work normally performed by RE Chaffee.
