Scope of Services: The work to be undertaken at the Central Library Outdoor Space consists of installing a 22' x 24' shade structure, pedestrian maintenance gate, security light, convenience outlets, and all appurtenant work as shown on the approved plans and delineated in the specification.
The work to be undertaken at the Euclid Library Outdoor Space consists of installing a 18' x 18' cantilever wing shade structure, ADA accessible concrete path, lighting, convenience outlets, security camera conduit, burnished concrete block seat walls, previous concrete pavers, flagstone, decomposed granite, small retaining wall with drainage scuppers, decorative safety fence, art piece, landscape and drip irrigation, and all appurtenant work as shown on the approved plans and delineated in the specification.

MBC Enterprises Inc. is requesting quotes from qualified Subcontractors and Suppliers including Certified MBE/WBEfirms for the following items of work, including but not limited to: Fencing, Electrical, Lighting, Concrete Work, Retaining wall, Shade Structure Landscape & Irrigation.
