INDIAN CANYON DRIVE WIDENING
DESCRIPTION OF THE WORK: The Work comprises the replacement of the existing Indian Canyon Drive
(Bridge 56C-0025) over UPRR and Amtrak tracks, including minor roadway approach improvements, installation of
a new traffic signal at Palm Springs Station Road, installation of a new Sewer mainline under the railroad tracks,
and all appurtenant work. There is the Indian Canyon Sewer Project, City Project No. 22-40, the City desires to be
built in coordination with this project.

Requirements: Riverside Construction Company, Inc. is signatory to Operating Engineers, Laborers, Teamsters, Cement Masons, and Carpenters Unions. 100% performance and payment bonds required for the full amount of the subcontract price. Subcontractors must possess a current contractor’s license, insurance and worker’s compensation insurance coverage meeting Riverside Construction Company, Inc. requirements. A copy of the insurance requirements and agreements can be obtained by contacting the Estimator.
