General work description: The Project consists of the construction of a concrete masonry unit (CMU) perimeter wall along the rear lots abutting to the upcoming Dream Homes Park. All work and resulting facilities will fully conform to the current adopted Coachella Valley State Implementation Plan (CVSIP) for PM-10 including Best Management Practices during the construction process.
Quotes for Services and Supplies requested for the following items for bid including, but not limited to: ALL TRADES & MATERIALS
M.A. Steiner Construction, Inc., is willing to break items of work into smaller increments to assist DBE Contractors and Suppliers in obtaining work on this project. 100% Performance and Payment bonds MAY be required. Subcontractor’s must possess a current contractor’s license. Please call if you need assistance in obtaining bonding, insurance, equipment, materials, and/or supplies. Subcontractors must be registered with the Department of Industrial Regulations (DIR), possess a current contractor’s license, insurance and worker’s compensation coverage.

Hard copies of the bid documents will not be made available. Digital (PDF) copies of the bid documents will be made available for viewing and download upon request.
