Mladen Buntich Construction Company, Inc. is requesting bids for SLBE / ELBE contractors and
suppliers for the services included below but not limited to: Sewage Bypass and Pumping, Dewatering Hazardous and Non-Hazardous Contaminated Water, Inspection Services, Community Liaison Services, Preparation of Waste Management Plan, Monitoring of Contaminated Soil, Testing, Sampling, Site Storage, and Handling of Soils Containing RCRA Hazardous Waste, Petroleum Contaminated Soil, Archaeological and Native American Monitoring Program, Paleontological Monitoring Program, Asphalt Pavement Repair, Rubber Polymer Modified Slurry (RPMS) Type I, II, and III, Sidewalk, Curb and Gutter Removal and Replacement, Abandon Existing Manhole, Imported Backfill, Manhole (PVC Lined), Sewer Lateral Connections, Video Inspection, Removal and Replacement of Existing Thermoplastic Striping and Markings, Video Recording, Potholing, Traffic Signal Loop and Appurtenance Replacement (Type E), Traffic Control Drawings, WPCP Development and Implementation.
Project Scope: Construction of the Harbor Drive Trunk Sewer Replacement Project consists of replacement of 1,044.93 LF of existing 12” ESVCP with 19” PVC Sewer Main, 279.18 LF of 12” EXPVC with 20” PPVC and 21” PVC under BNSF and MTS Right-of-Way utilizing trenchless methods, 2,175.67LF of 15” through 24” Techite Pipe with 20” FPVC inside a 54” steel casing utilizing trenchless methods and all other work and appurtenances included in the Contract plans and specifications.

Assistance will be available with obtaining bonds, lines of credit, insurance, necessary equipment,
supplies, materials, or related technical assistance.
By submitting a bid, subcontractor certifies that it takes no exceptions to the project requirements unless
any exceptions, alternates, or “equals” are clearly defined in their scope with reference to the applicable
portions of the plans/specifications. All bidders are expected to execute an MBC standard contract and
include performance bonds. MBC is a union signatory contractor. Any work by our subcontractors must
allow MBC to conform to these agreements.
