The project primarily consists of replacing/upgrading the City's water main infrastructure along:
Santa Fe Street — Florida Avenue to Oakland Avenue
Oakland Avenue — Santa Fe Street to Park Avenue
Driveway leading to and inside the City's Reservoir Yard north of Park Avenue
The work includes C900 PVC water main, ductile iron fittings, valves, valve boxes, hydrants, services, blow-offs, air/vacuum assemblies, tie-ins, excavation/trenching, bedding, backfill, compaction, paving, concrete restoration, decorative crosswalk restoration, testing and disinfection.

Project Requirements
- Weekly certified payroll reporting is required. No exceptions.
- Project is subject to Davis-Bacon prevailing wages.
- Subcontractors shall comply with all insurance requirements for the duration of the project.
- All contractors and subcontractors must maintain an active California Department of Industrial Relations (DIR) registration throughout the project.
- Certified DBE firms should submit a copy of their current DBE certification with their quotation.
