Granite Construction Company (Granite) is requesting quotes from all qualified subcontractors and suppliers including certified DBE firms for the following items of work, including but not limited to: Asphalt Supplier(Bulk Item), Construction Area Signs, Traffic Control System, Temporary Railing (Type K), Reset, Relocate, Adjust, Modify Roadway Items, Plane Asphalt Concrete, Develop Water Supply, Roadway Excavation, Hydroseeding, Erosion Control, Temporary Erosion Control, Aggregate Base (AB), Asphalt Concrete, Roadside Sign, Crash Cushion, Thermoplastic Traffic Striping & Marking, Remove Pavement Marking & Traffic Stripes, Pavement Marker, Maintaining Existing Traffic Mgmt System Elements During Construction, Lead Compliance, Water Truck, Street Sweeping Truck, Trucker.
The DBE Contract goal is 21% percent. Federal-aid project no.: ACHSNH-Q101(419)E Please let us know which bid items will be covered in your proposal and if you can get 3rd tier DBE participation to help us meet the DBE Goal 21%.

Granite Construction Company (Granite) is signatory to Operating Engineers, Laborers, Teamsters, Cement Masons and Carpenters unions. 100% performance and payment bonds may be required for the full amount of subcontract price. Granite will pay for bond premium up to 1.5%. Subcontractors must possess a current contractor’s license, insurance and worker’s compensation coverage meeting Granite’s requirements and will be required to sign the standard Granite Subcontract Agreement. A copy of the insurance requirements and agreement can be obtained by contacting the estimator. Please call if you need assistance in obtaining bonding, insurance, equipment, materials and/or supplies. Granite intends to work cooperatively with all qualified firms seeking work on this project.
