General work description consisting of remove on-street parking, construct concrete improvements (includes curb and gutter, sidewalk and curb ramps), installing landscape system (includes planting, irrigation system, and site furnishing), reconstruct driveways, and install new decorative (street and pedestrian) lighting, construct storm drain improvements, perform profile grind and overlay, Type II slurry seal, install signing and striping in existing right-of-way, and all other work necessary to complete this project
