Quotes for Services and Supplies requested for the following items for bid including, but not limited to: REMOVAL OF BITUMINOUS SURFACE (COLD MILLING), REMOVAL OF CATTLE GUARD, ROADWAY EXCAVATION, STRUCTURE EXCAVATION, TYPE 1 CLASS B AGGREGATE BASE, PULVERIZE EXISTING SURFACE, PLANTMIX SURFACING (TYPE 2) (WET), PRIME COAT, 28-FOOT PRECAST CATTLE GUARD, RECONSTRUCT GUARDRAIL, GUIDE POSTS (RIGID), OBJECT MARKERS, TYPE 3, UNIFORMED TRAFFIC CONTROL OFFICER, TRAFFIC CONTROL SUPERVISOR, RENT TRAFFIC CONTROL DEVICES, MOBILIZATION , EPOXY PAVEMENT STRIPING (6-INCH SOLID WHITE) EPOXY PAVEMENT STRIPING (BROKEN YELLOW), EPOXY PAVEMENT STRIPING (BROKEN YELLOW W/SOLID YELLOW), EPOXY PAVEMENT STRIPING (DOUBLE SOLID YELLOW)& TEMPORARY POLLUTION CONTROL.

For any bid proposal submitted on or after March 1, 2015 and any contract for public work entered into on or after April 1, 2015, the following registration requirements apply: Every Subcontractor is required to be registered to perform public work pursuant to Section 1725.5 of the Public Contract Code. No Contractor or Subcontractor shall be qualified to bid on, be listed in a bid proposal pursuant to Section 4104 of the Public Contract Code, or engage in the performance of any contract for public work, unless currently registered to perform public work pursuant to Section 1725.5. No bid shall be accepted nor any subcontract entered into without proof of the Subcontractors current registration to perform public work pursuant to Section 1725.5. PLEASE PROVIDE DIR # WITH QUOTE See specifications for exact insurance requirements and verbiage. We will assist with obtaining insurance, bonds or lines of credit, equipment, supplies or materials necessary to participate in this project. If 3rd tier Subcontractors are being used, they must be noted on the quote and only perform no more than 0.05% of the scope of work being quoted.
