WABO Landscape & Construction, Inc. is bidding as a prime contractor on the project below. We request quotes, particularly quotes from certified DVBEs who are qualified subcontractors, or service providers or vendors providing materials and supplies required for the project.
The project is the AILEEN COLBURN ELEMENTARY SCHOOL TRACK PROJECT for the ATWATER ELEMENTARY SCHOOL DISTRICT. The project is in Atwater, in Merced County California.
The project bids at 3PM on June 26,2025. There is a 3% DVBE participation goal.
The project includes turf replacement, irrigation and landscaping installation, and parking lot improvements with accessibility and pavement upgrades. We need quotes for demolition work, and for the installation of concrete, asphalt, striping, fencing, and hydroseeding or turf.
WABO” will work cooperatively with all qualified firms interested in bidding the project. We are willing to break work items down into economically feasible units when possible. Subcontractors will be required to meet our insurance requirements and bonds may be required.
As a public school project, livescan fingerprinting of onsite employees may be required. Subcontractors for work requiring a C7 or C10 license must be prequalified with the Owner.
Subcontractors must be properly licensed and have a current DIR public works registration number. Subcontractors must pay prevailing wages and submit certified payrolls for their work. Subcontractors must also be able to provide a California Air Resources Board (CARB) Certificate of Reported Compliance (CRC).
WABO is signatory to the plumbers, laborers and operating engineers unions.

Please submit bids no later than 10AM bid day. Be sure to include your contact information, contractors license information, DIR number, and a copy of your DVBE letter from OSBCR if applicable.
