Scope of Services - Removing and replacing both evaporative rooftop cooling units, modernizing the control system and extending the campus CHW piping to the main rooftop air handling units. The Work includes a new CHW pumping system for the building and extension of CHW piping to the roof, installation of a heating hot water pump to augment the existing HHW system and replacement of the main laboratory exhaust fans.

No bid shall be accepted nor any subcontract entered into without proof of the Subcontractor’s current registration to perform public work pursuant to Section 1725 .5.
