General work description: The work shall consist of Asphalt Concrete overlay, but not limited to cold plane, deep patch, installation of traffic striping, pavement markers and markings, and other miscellaneous improvements and appurtenances.
Quotes for Services and Supplies requested for the following items for bid including, but not limited to:Mobilization, Bonds, Insurance, Permits & Licenses, Maintenance of Traffic Control and Signing, Storm Water Pollution Program, Perform Field Engineering, 6" Deep Patch on existing pavement, 1.5” deep Cold plane existing pavement on Randolph St. 1.5” to 4” deep Cold plane existing pavement on High St. 1-1/2" AC Overlay including Fog Seal Replaced existing striping, pavement markings, and reflectors. Use paints (2 Coats) Replace Loops, Raise Water Valve Box, Raise Sewer MH,
Requirements: Griffith Company will work with interested subcontractors to identify opportunities to break down items into economically feasible packages. Griffith Company is signatory to Operating Engineers, Laborers, Teamsters, Cement Masons, and Carpenters Unions. 100% performance and payment bonds required for the full amount of the subcontract price. Subcontractors must possess a current contractor’s license, Department of Industrial Relations (DIR) registration number, insurance and worker’s compensation insurance coverage meeting Griffith’s requirements. A copy of the insurance requirements and agreements can be obtained by contacting the Estimator.
