We are seeking quotes from subcontractors and or suppliers in the areas included in, but not limited to, those listed below: Testing, Survey, Trucking, Traffic Control, Striping, Asphalt repair & paving, concrete paving, concrete work, cathodic protection, electrical, RPMS slurry, demolition, curbs, gutters, ramps, temporary resurfacing, imported trench backfill, video inspection, video recording, potholing, traffic control working plans, traffic signal loop & appurtenance replacement, archaeological, and paleontological. Handling soil with RCRA Hazardous Waste, Petroleum Contaminated Soil, and soil containing Non-RCRA Hazardous Waste. Construction of the Harbor Drive Trunk Sewer Replacement Project consists of replacement of 1,044.93 LF of existing 12” ESVCP with 18 in18-inchSewer Main, 279.18 LF of 12-inch ESPVC with 20-inch FPVC and 21-inch PVC under BNSF and MTS Right-of- Way using trenchless methods, 3,175.67 LF of 15 through 24-inch Techite Pipe with 30-inch FPVC inside a 54-inch steel casing using trenchless methods and all other work and appurtenances in Contract Specifications.

- Assisting interested SLBE-ELBE’s in obtaining bonding, lines of credit or insurance.
- Providing interested SLBE-ELBE’s technical assistance or information related to the plans, specifications,
and requirements for work to be subcontracted or supplied.
- Assisting interested SLBE-ELBE’s in obtaining necessary equipment, supplies, materials or related assistance or services.
- Sub-dividing bid items into economically feasible work units to allow SLBE-ELBE’s every advantage to quoting the project.
MICHELS requests that all Sub & Suppliers utilize SLBE-ELBE firms to increase the
overall participation on this project.

June 1, 2022.
