Engineers Estimate: $16,400,000.00
DBE Goal: 13 %
Time for Completion 90-150 Working Days and Liquidated Damages $10,000.00 per Calendar day

Construction area signs, lead compliance plan, WPCP, trucking, water trucks, HMA material supplier, tack oil supplier, traffic control, PCMS, jobsite management, temporary items (fiber roll, cover, gravel bag berm, high visibility fence, check dam, construction entrance, traffic stripe-paint, drainage inlet protection, reinforced silt and silt fence, concrete washout), street sweeping, aggregate material supplier (shoulder backing), erosion control (hydromulch, fiber rolls, hydro seed, compost), thermoplastic striping installation and removal, rain event action plan, storm water sampling and analysis, storm water annual report, treated wood waste, rock blanket, rapid strength concrete base, base bond breaker, cold plane asphalt, alternative pipe suppliers, corrugated pipe suppliers, class III permeable material, misc. iron & steel, midwest and double midwest guardrail system, minor concrete(vegetation control), rail tensioning assembly, end anchor assembly, soft-stop terminal system, alternative flared terminal system, crash cushion, remove pavement markers, delineators class 1 & 2, guard rail delineators, pavement markers, object markers type P & R, single sheet aluminum sign, roadside sign one post, remove single and double metal beam barrier, modify existing electrical system, crack treatment, prepaving inertial paving, data core, structural concrete drainage inlet, bar reinforced steel (epoxy coated), pedestrian barrier, demo concrete box culvert, detectable warning surface, minor concrete (curb sidewalk and curb ramp), demo concrete islands and curb gutter & sidewalks, pre-post construction surveys.

Argonaut Constructors encourages the use of minority and women subcontractors and suppliers and considers such to be an important aspect of the project.

Argonaut Constructors (Argonaut) may also assist in obtaining any necessary equipment, supplies, materials or related services. (Please note: Argonaut may require Payment & Performance Bonds on all sub-contracts over $25,000 per Ca. Public Contract Code Sect. 4108. Argonaut may pay bond premiums up to 1 ½% of contract cost. Argonaut Constructors is a UNION CONTRACTOR. Any non-signatory subcontractors will be required to sign an agreement for trades covered under our agreements.
Requirements: By submitting a proposal, the bidder affirms that they have carefully examined ALL the bidding documents/Addenda and that from his/her own investigation, they have satisfied themselves as to the nature and location of the work. Argonaut is willing to break down items into economically feasible packages and we are willing to break out any portion of work to encourage participation. Argonaut’s listing of a subcontractor is not an acceptance of any or all of that subcontractor’s conditions, qualifications, exclusions or exceptions included in the subcontractor’s bid proposal. Argonaut is relying on the price submitted in the subcontractor’s proposal as all-inclusive price for its trade scope found in the plans and specifications regardless of any qualifying language in the proposal. Inconsistent bid terms and conditions shall be void. Argonaut written subcontract document execution is required of all successful subcontract bidders. A copy is available for inspection at our office in Santa Rosa and/or can be provided upon written request prior to bid submission.
Insurance: As per our insurance requirements, your bid must include the cost of naming Argonaut Constructors as additional insured; including completed operations coverage, include primary and Non-Contributing wording on your certificate of insurance and waiver of subrogation is required.
