This request includes, but is not limited to, the following:
Construction area signs, trucking, water trucks, HMA material supplier, tack oil supplier, traffic control, Contractor Quality Control Program, installation and removal in ESA fence, installation and removal of fiber rolls, construction staking and survey layout, prepare and manage SWPPP, installation and removal of inlet protection, crack repair, sweeping and vacuum services, cold plane asphalt, in-place full depth recycle (FDR) asphalt aggregate base course, cement, emulsified asphalt tack oil, pavement markings, surface painted signs.

Requirements: By submitting a proposal, the bidder affirms that they have carefully examined ALL the bidding documents/Addenda and that from his/her own investigation, they have satisfied themselves as to the nature and location of the work. Argonaut is willing to break down items into economically feasible packages and we are willing to break out any portion of work to encourage participitation. Argonaut’s listing of a subcontractor is not an acceptance of any or all of that subcontractor’s conditions, qualifications, exclusions or exceptions included in the subcontractor’s bid proposal. Argonaut is relying on the price submitted in the subcontractor’s proposal as all-inclusive price for its trade scope found in the plans and specifications regardless of any qualifying language in the proposal. Inconsistent bid terms and conditions shall be void. Argonaut written subcontract document execution is required of all successful subcontract bidders. A copy is available for inspection at our office in Santa Rosa and/or can be provided upon written request prior to bid submission. Insurance: As per our insurance requirements, your bid must include the cost of naming Argonaut Constructors as additional insured; including completed operations coverage, include primary and Non-Contributing wording on your certificate of insurance and waiver of subrogation is required.
