The Project: The Project is generally described as, but not limited to: removal and replacement of existing exterior wall finishes, windows, wall insulation, interior wall finishes and all associated work such as finish carpentry, sealants, expansion joint assemblies, sheet metal flashings, roof patch and repairs, elastomeric coatings, painting, including abatement of hazardous materials at the elevator tower of Presidio Middle School.
Prevailing Wage: The work described is pursuant to California Labor Codes 1770 and 1771.
