Project Description: Argonaut Constructors is seeking certified DBE subcontractors and suppliers for this add turn lanes and roundabout, align curve, widen shoulder, culvert work.
Engineers Estimate: $20,300,000.00
DBE Goal: 13 %
Time for Completion 140-200 Working Days and Liquidated Damages $13,500.00 per Calendar day

Construction area signs, lead compliance plan, WPCP, trucking, water trucks, HMA material supplier, tack oil supplier, traffic control, jobsite management, temporary items (concrete washout, cover, check dam, drainage inlet protection, fiber roll, silt fence, construction entrance, creek diversion system, high visibility fence, hydraulic mulch, erosion central), aggregate material supplier (aggregate base), 4”, 6” 8” and 12” thermoplastic striping and pavement marking installation and removal, minor concrete (island paving, driveway, sidewalk, curb ramp, vegetation control) modify existing electrical system, signal and lighting system, street sweeping, cold plane asphalt, adjust road way items, pavement markers, install midwest guardrail system, salvage existing guardrail, guard rail delineator, reset, remove and relocate roadside signs and mailboxes, portable changeable message signs, type III barricade, traffic plastic drum, temporary railing (k-rail), alternative temporary crash cushion, rain event action plan, storm water sampling and analysis, storm water annual report, treated wood waste, fertilizer, plant group M & A, wood mulch and rock mulch, water release assy., erosion control, data core, structural concrete, concrete pavement, bar reinforcing steel, bridge removal, alternative pipe culvert, concrete backfill, reinforced concrete pipe, rock slope protection rock and fabric, curb & gutter, detectable warning surface, pre-post construction survey, misc. iron & steel, fencing BW & CL install and removal, delineator, milepost marker, culvert marker, object marker, aluminum signage, cable railing, gabion baskets.

Argonaut Constructors is a UNION CONTRACTOR. Any non-signatory subcontractors will be required to sign an agreement for trades covered under our agreements.
Requirements: By submitting a proposal, the bidder affirms that they have carefully examined ALL the bidding documents/Addenda and that from his/her own investigation, they have satisfied themselves as to the nature and location of the work. Argonaut is willing to break down items into economically feasible packages and we are willing to break out any portion of work to encourage participitation. Argonaut’s listing of a subcontractor is not an acceptance of any or all of that subcontractor’s conditions, qualifications, exclusions or exceptions included in the subcontractor’s bid proposal. Argonaut is relying on the price submitted in the subcontractor’s proposal as all-inclusive price for its trade scope found in the plans and specifications regardless of any qualifying language in the proposal. Inconsistent bid terms and conditions shall be void. Argonaut written subcontract document execution is required of all successful subcontract bidders. A copy is available for inspection at our office in Santa Rosa and/or can be provided upon written request prior to bid submission.
Insurance: As per our insurance requirements, your bid must include the cost of naming Argonaut Constructors as additional insured; including completed operations coverage, include primary and Non-Contributing wording on your certificate of insurance and waiver of subrogation is required.
