Is requesting quotations from all qualified DVBE subcontractors and material suppliers for the following project:
Project: 2023 King City Downtown Streetscape Plan - Intersection Improvements
Bid Date and Time: March 17, 2023, at 2:00 PM

1. Central Coast Builders Association, and

The proposed project generally consists of, but is not limited to: Demolition of existing site improvements, including flatwork, curbs, gutters, sidewalks, existing utilities, and select trees. Construction of approximately 5 intersections with curb extensions and site-built features, including pavement, seatwalls, site furnishings, landscaping and infiltration wells. Site Utilities, including storm-drain, sewer, and electrical. New irrigation system including new point of connection/water service. New tree, shrub and turf-grass planting. Demolition of existing asphalt pavement.
Quotes for Services and Supplies requested for the following items for bid including, but not limited to:
Pavement Striping, Tree Removal, Concrete Flatwork, Asphalt Stamping & Landscaping.
INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS (including but not limited to): Bonding, insurance, lines of credit and any technical assistance or information related to the plans or specification and requirements for the work will be made available to interested DVBE, certified small and micro business suppliers and subcontractors. Assistance with obtaining necessary equipment, supplies, materials, or related assistance or services for this project will also be offered to interested DVBE suppliers and subcontractors.The US Small Business Administration may also assist you in obtaining bonding - please see the following site for information: http://www.sba.gov/content/contractors#
