Scope of Work: The contract involves making significant improvements to the I-84 Bliss Rest Areas. The primary work includes:
Expanding truck parking areas on both the eastbound and westbound sides
Upgrading site illumination to enhance visibility and safety
Improving water and sewer facilities at the rest areas
