The Project is generally described as including but not limited to:
The Project is generally described as: Mitigation of water intrusion at existing exterior wall surfaces and windows involving selective site demolition, cement plaster and concrete wall repairs of cracks and spalls, replacement of existing wood windows with aluminum windows, sheet metal flashing, joint sealants, wall coating systems, interior wood trims and painting, ceiling repairs, and including abatement of hazardous materials. This project will be implemented in two phases. First Phase period shall be during May 1 to December 30, 2026. Second Phase period shall be during May 3 to August 30, 2027.
Prevailing Wage: The work described is pursuant to California Labor Codes 1770 and 1771.
