General work description: Construction of two (2) raised earthen pads, including over-excavation of existing soils; construction of 950± linear feet (LF) of 20-inch diameter cement mortar lined and coated (CML&C) piping, 265± LF of 36-inch diameter CML&C piping, 210± LF of 8-inch diameter CML&C piping, 700± LF of 12-inch diameter CML&C piping, including all appurtenances and connections to existing system piping; construction of electrical improvements at an existing chemical facility; and all related work.
Quotes for Services & Supplies requested for the following items for bid including, but not limited to: Equipment Rental, Trucking, Grading, Pipe Supplier, Grading, Water Truck Rental, Hydroseeding, Electrical, SWPPP, Survey, Asphalt Paving, Aggregate Material

CHAFFEE will provide assistance including but not limited to obtaining bonding, lines of credit, insurance, necessary equipment, supplies and/or materials upon request. R. E. CHAFFEE will establish flexible timeframes for performance and delivery. Subcontractors will be required to enter into our standard Subcontract Agreement. No modifications to the subcontract are permitted. 100% payment and performance bonds may be required for the amount of Subcontract price. Subcontractors must possess a current Contractor’s License and Insurance. DBE Firms must possess the work category code(s) applicable to their type of work to be performed on this contract at time of bid opening.
