Is requesting quotations from all qualified DBE Sub-contractors and Material suppliers performing commercially useful functions for the following project:

Owner: Oro Loma Sanitary District
Project: Sewer Collection System Pipeline Rehabilitation and Replacement Project Phase 5

The project work is generally described as: Phase 5: the replacement of 15,599 linear feet of 6 and 8-inch vitrified clay pipe (VCP) with 8-inch high density polyethylene pipe (HDPE); 433 linear feet of 8-inch VCP with 10-inch HDPE pipe; 2,543 linear feet of 10-inch VCP with 10-inch HDPE pipe; the abandonment of 152 feet of 6-inch VCP and the reconnection of all laterals and re-channelization of all manholes.

Quotes for Services and Supplies requested for the following items for bid including, but not limited to: Traffic Control, Asphalt Paving, Trucking, Import aggregate materials, Dump Site, Aggregate Rock materials, Drilling, Temp. Erosion Control, Sheeting, Shoring, Bracing, Pipe Supply, Concrete, Clear & Grub, Sawcutting, Aggregate Base, Street Sweeping.

The District plans to fund all or a portion of project costs using Clean Water State Revolving Fund (CWSRF) and/or Water Infrastructure Finance and Innovation Act (WIFIA) funds which both require compliance with the Davis-Bacon Act (D-B) requirements. Bidders must submit the completed table “Compliance with Davis-Bacon Act Requirements” to document their Good Faith Effort.

California Trenchless, Inc will negotiate and will breakdown any portion of contract bid item to encourage & facilitate MBE/WBE/DBE participation as well as assist in obtaining necessary equipment, supplies, materials or related assistance or services.
