Schreder & Brandt is currently seeking qualified DBE sub-contractors and/or suppliers for:
Project: Esplanade Corridor Safety and Accessibility Project

Location: 411 Main Street, Chico, Ca 95927
Bid Date: January 25,2024 at 4:00 pm
DBE goal 22%. 260 working days.
The Project will generally construct: A 1.2-mile Class I bicycle and pedestrian facility along the Esplanade between East 11th Avenue and Memorial Way Class III bike boulevard improvements along Oleander Avenue between East 10th Avenue and Memorial Way A roundabout at the intersection of Oleander Avenue and Memorial Way The work to be done will generally consist of: clearing and grubbing construction surveying roadway excavation aggregate base asphalt paving slurry seal concrete paving new traffic signals traffic signal modifications street lighting striping and markings roadway signs landscaping fencing and all other work as shown on the contract plans.
Quotes are needed for the following trades: LANDSCAPE, TRUCKING, ELECTRICAL,FENCING, CONCRETE, CARPENTRY, ROOFING, PAINTING, PAVING, STRIPING, ROADWAY EXCAVATION, AGGREGATE BASE, ASPHALT PAVING, LIGHTING
